Christmas peak volumes

As we are now fast approaching peak season, the logistics networks are filling up and this is being exaggerated by the pandemic. We anticipate there may be delays to your deliveries.

DPD COURIER UPDATE

PLEASE NOTE: as of 23/11/2020, due to anticipated volume increase expected in the run-up to Christmas, DPD will not be offering premium deliveries and will withdraw pre-10:30 a.m. and pre-noon delivery options.

These services will return in January 2021.

DESPATCH UPDATE

Christmas has come early, we are experiencing volume above our planning.

During this seasonal peak we are currently experiencing a significant uplift in daily volume.

Due to Covid 19 social distancing guidelines and keeping our staff safe, we have a limited number of orders that we can despatch daily. We are working to our advertised despatch times, however please note there may be instances of orders or parts of orders subject to delay. We would advise adding in some additional tolerance to your lead times.
